The Mets blew a ninth inning lead last night to hand us the loss and look to Pedro to turn things around tonight. Martinez is 6-3 with a 3.01 ERA (2.43 at home) and has a 1.96 lifetime ERA against the Reds in 16 appearances. For many of the same reasons as yesterday, I like the Mets here. They have the starting pitcher advantage this afternoon along with the bullpen advantage and hitting advantage. The Mets knock in 5.3 per game vs. lefties and should have success today against Eric Milton.
