Everyone heard about Joba Chamberlain moving through the Yankee minor-league system from A, AA and from AAA to the bigs in no time. Johny Cueto has quietly done the same thing and he has the same electric stuff. He struck out eight of the first 13 batters he faced in the bigs and it isn't just a 96 MPH fastball it is a dynamic change and a sharp curveball. Not going to be any value on Cueto for much longer, so have to get him now before the cat is totally out of the bag. Suppan has always struggled against the Reds as he has posted a career 6.05 ERA against them. Suppan is the classic journeyman .500 pitcher. His teams have been 51-46 in the last three years when he starts, but the Reds have been his most difficult foe. The Reds have done most of their damage against RHP and we will ride them for the road win today.
