Chicago at Tampa Bay

Many might be wondering why Jamie Shields is opening the playoffs for Tampa Bay. The White Sox have a bad offense on the road (4.2 runs per game) and have been an UNDER team all season against the AL East where they are 21-7 to the UNDER on the season, and 5-2-1 in Vasquez' last eight road starts against a winning team. Vasquez has also been good at shutting down teams after a good offensive performance of five runs or more, where he has pitched 21-10-1 to the UNDER in his last 32.
