The White Sox ended the first half on fire, winning 11 of 15. They didn't just beat up on weak teams either - they split vs. the Yankees in New York and swept the AL-West leading Rangers. The Sox have not fared well here of late, having lost 14 of their last 20 vs. Kansas City on the road. I believe the White Sox will improve on that record today. Chicago is 23-16 on the road this season while Kansas City is just 14-23 at home. The Royals just can't score, averaging only 3.9 runs per game here at home. When facing LHP as they are today, they manage only 3.5 runs per game. Play on the White Sox today.
