Cleveland will go with Zach McCalister, in lieu of Ubaldo Jimenez, which says a lot about how they feel about him off a 2-run performance vs. the Rays. Sale has failed to deliver the win in his last five starts as a favorite of -110 to -150, and the Sox are a poor 7-22 in their last 29 on the road vs. a righthander. Take Cleveland.
