Chicago at Pittsburgh

Ted Lilly will face Tom Gorzelanny today in Pittsburgh. Lilly was hit hard in his 2008 debut, and last season he was a sub-.500 pitcher off a start in which his team lost. Gorzelanny threw over 200 innings last year, and he tried in the second half of the season. He carried a 2.39 ERA into June, and of his first 12 starts, 11 of them produced games where he allowed 3 runs or less. The Cubs have not hit their stride yet on the mound, or at the plate, so we give the edge to the Pirates at home in this one as a small dog.
