Something has to give in this one. Chicago has not allowed anyone to put up over 103 points a game against them in 10 games, while Washington has scored at least that much in the past 10. We have two things working for us here, Chicago wanting to slow down Washington, but also Washington has played UNDER in the first half after they allow 55 or more 2 straight games to opponents on 33 of their last 42 occasions, so we'll play the 1st half under in this one.
