Chicago at Oakland

The Chicago White Sox were one game shy of losing 100 a year ago, but have added some nice young bats to the lineup. They have now have scored a lot more runs from the team last season, and have accordingly become a lot more competitive at 19-22 on the season. Oakland has won the AL West the last two seasons, and appear to be heading there again this year. The A's have won six straight games - three of which were shutouts. Tommy Milone has not been part of many of them, as he continues to struggle with just one win on the season and a 4.54 ERA. Unlike last year, this White Sox team has some fight, as they are 5-0 the last five times they play after losing the first two of a series. Milone's inconsistency has led oakland to a 1-7 mark in his last eight after a quality start his last time out. Play on the White Sox.
