Chicago at Milwaukee

The Cubs will be in the playoffs, and will attempt to overcome their greater than a century long drought of winning a World Series. They still could host the Wild Card game, and need to win out in their last two, while Pittsburgh losses their last two, but that is an unlikely scenario. The biggest problem for the Cubs is their 25-8 record behind Jake Arrieta, and 17-1 since the start of July. This team has been rather ordinary when Arrieta does not get the ball. The odds certainly are reflective of the Cubs body of work as a whole, and when you subtract out what Arrieta has done the resume is certainly not reflective of the substantial odds. The Brewers have thrived when Harnaris calls balls and strikes, winning four of five when he is behind the plate. Take Milwaukee in this one.
