Chicago at Los Angeles

The Chicago White Sox were very inept a year ago, a season that saw them lose 99 games. They have made some very fast growth with a better rotation and some young hitters that have transformed a lineup that was one of the worst in baseball to one of the best. Chicago continues to be ignored by odds makers as they are posted as a big dog over and over, but what they have done is deliver a 9-9 record as a dog of +150 or higher this season. That goes to 7-6 when they are posted at +170 or higher, so they carry a lot of hidden value. Weaver has had a lot of career success vs. the White Sox, but this is a much better hitting team, and right now the Angels have been slumping losing five of their last six.
