Chicago at Indiana

The Chicago Bulls have once again had to face the in-and-out of the line up situation with Derrick Rose, but they have managed to do without him. The Bulls certainly have been better with him as they are 9-1 in their last 10 games he has played in, and 8-3 ATS in his last 11. The Bulls are a bit under the radar despite the 21-9 record, because of the in and out status of Rose who will play tonight. Indiana has had injury issues of their own that has significantly turned a high-level playoff team into an uncompetitive team that is struggling at 11-20. They have not beaten a team over .500 since before Thanksgiving, and I think the Bulls show a lot of value here as the Pacers are 3-13 ATS in their last 16 at home vs. a team with a winning road record.
