Chicago at Houston

The Chicago Bulls are in full-blown rebuild mode and at 5-18 on the season the wins sure have been few and far between. The fact is just one win has come in their last 10 games. They did cover their last one in Milwaukee as a +15-point dog, losing by just three points. Houston is certainly not the same team they were last year at least at this point. After rebounding from a poor start, the Rockets have dropped four of their last five and are a very difficult team to trust right now as they just recently lost to Cleveland and Washington.
