Chicago at Colorado

Chicago has had two full days off since that 18-inning marathon on Sunday night that taxed their bullpen. John Lackey gave them a great outing yesterday to help get the pen in order. Chicago starter Kyle Hendricks (2-1, 3.51 ERA) has excellent stuff, allowing 0, 2 and 0 runs his last three starts. Hendricks stymied the Yankees bats in his last start, scattering six hits with five strikeouts in a 3-2 game. He's been great on the road this season with batters hitting .190 off him and the last three years he has a 3.44 ERA in Coors Field in 18+ innings. Chicago is 18-7-1 UNDER the total against a team with a winning record. Colorado has improved pitching and defense this season and the Rockies are 15-7 UNDER the total at home against a righty starter. Play the the UNDER.
