Charlotte lost at Washington 109-101 two nights after an overtime win over Toronto. Houston is dealing with rumors concerning Dwight Howard's status, but the Rockets won their second in a row with a 107-97 win over the Clippers on Saturday. James Harden had 18 points and 11 assists while Howard finished with 22 points and 14 rebounds. The Hornets have lost three of four after winning four in a row, but they usually play well after a bad defensive performance.
