Result:
LOSS

Despite a 3-5 record, the Buffalo Bulls have been in every game they have played this season aside from Baylor, where as expected they were out-classed and blown out. The Bulls' other four losses were all one-possession games, so they have for the most part been a play away in every game they lost. The offense has not been an issue as the Bulls rank #40 in the FBS, averaging over 450 yards per game. The defense has certainly had issues, but the question is whether the pedestrian offense of Ohio can take advantage of that. The Bobcats rank just #93 on offense, having scored 23 points or less in six of their seven games vs. FBS opponents. At the same time they have allowed 30 ppg in their last six games vs. FBS opponents. The Bulls have certainly played above the line when taking on a team that is below .500 where they have risen to the occasion with an 8-1 ATS record in their last nine. The Bobcats have been a poor cover team in conference play where they are just 6-15 ATS in their last 21. The Bulls own a 5-2 ATS mark in the last seven meetings, and get it done in this one. Go with Buffalo.
