Top pick: #10 (CURRAHEE) - He's run well in all three appearances and has taken money in each. Geldin by "A.P. Warrior" finished a close-up 3rd going "Down the Hill" at Santa Anita March 24th and followed that up with another solid effort when he again finished 3rd there at today's mile distance April 7th. He has a big bullet 5-furlong work on April 22nd and looks all set for his maiden win.
2nd pick: #3 (Aqua Revelation) - Son of turf champ "English Channel" was a bit rank in the same last race as Currahee and checked in fourth once he settled down. Working fast and trainer Bob Baffert has him making back to back starts for the first time. Dangerous foe.
3rd pick: #6 (Langfuhrs Lightning) - Speed/stalker set a pressured pace before tiring to finish fifth in the same last race as both Currahee and "Aqua". Has the recently returned Pat Valenzuela aboard and he'll be sending him to the front early. Gelding will take them as far as he can.
