2nd pick: #5 (Derby Gold) (3-1) - The 2nd of the Baffert pair, he has excellent early speed and has been working very fast on this surface for his first start since Jan 4th. Dangerous if he gets an uncontested early lead.
3rd pick: #3 (Super Ability) (5-2) - Lightly raced gelding was a gate-to-wire maiden winner at Santa Anita going a mile on the grasss on April 7th. Harris Farm's home-bred has worked well since and did well on this footing when debuting way back in July of 2011.
4th pick: #6 (Raised a Secret) (12-1) - "Live" longshot finished a troubled 5th of 10, beaten 3 1/2 lengths in a $200K stakes at Santa Anita on March 30th. Race was his first since late Sep at Emerald Downs and he's another working fast for this attempt. In the mix at a big price.
