That was his first off a seven week fresheining and first ever on the grass. Veteran Art Sherman ahs given him some time to recover and had him work four tims during October. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #8 (Mikey T) (4-1) - "Mikey" is the field's most experienced maiden and will go dirt to turf off a near misss last out at Santa Anita in a $40K claimer. Stalker has run well on this course in the past and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Cervaro) (5-2) - Moss home-bred by "Lemon Drop Kid" has been competitive in all four starts since his debut. Strong finisher just missed last out with a late rally at Santa Anita and a repeat of that effort makes him s big threat.
4th pick: #1 (Aqua Revelation) (9-2) - Colt by turf champ "English Channel" hasn't seen action since a near miss here at this level and distance on May 28th of 2012. Working fast, in the Baffert barn, and he'll be in this every step if ready.
