Top pick: #8 (GLORIOUS MEMORIES) - She did not have the best of trips last out breaking from the rail in a large field (12), but she rallied up the inside and finished third, beaten just under a length. Excellent effort and it came here at this price tag and distance. Grey filly moves out in the gate and that should lead to a much more comfortable journey. Very much the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Raucous Lady) - Debuting daughter of "Rock Hard Ten" has been in steady training at Santa Anita since late February and the majority of the 11 published works are well above average. The latest drill, a sharp 5-furlong breeze June 1st should have her on edge.
3rd pick: #6 (Secret Genius) - She's finished second in three of her last four starts, incliding one here at this level on April 29th. Home-bred ran evenly here May 20th and is capable of doing much better than that.
