Top pick: #1 (INCLUDE ME OUT) - Very lightly raced 4-year-old filly by "Include" became a G1 winner at santa Anita April 17th when galloped home on a sloppy surface to win the Santa Margarita Stakes. Prior to that this much improved runner took the La Canada Stakes (G2) on the same surface and will try to bring that form to the all weather surface. She broke her maiden on a similar surface at Del Mar last August and finished a close-up second here sprinting in late November.
2nd pick: #7 (Ellafitz) - Clearly the main speed, she was no match for "Include Me Out" at Santa Anita last out, but she didn't seem to care for the "off" going. 5-year-old mare by "Tiznow" went wire-to-wire on this surface in early Dec. to win the Bayakoa Hdcp. (G2) and that ran her local slate to (4-2-1-0). Very dangerous on the front-end.
3rd pick: #6 (Zazu) - Grey filly hasn't raced since Oct. 1st and she'll be taking on older horses for the first time. Daughter of "Tapit" won the Hollywood Oaks(G2) here 11 months ago and kept nothing but the best company all over the country last year when she was a 3yo. Working nicely for her return, and a major force if ready.
