Top pick: #10 (HARLAN'S TRICK) (7-2) - Last out she raced close up, made a strong bid to reach a short lead, then tired in the final 1/16th to finish fourth of nine. Race was her second back from a seven month layoff and she's worked twice since. Trainer Mike Puype drops her down a bit and everything looks in place.
2nd pick: #1 (Alissa G) (9-2) - Freshened up since late April, filly has excellent early speed and will be dropping into a career soft spot. has the rail, is working above average, and could prove tough if she gets an easy early lead.
3rd pick: #3 (Spring Sarah) (12-1) - Reddam home-bred ships back from Golden Gate Fields where she set the pace and tired to finish fourth in a grass sprint at this level. She's run well on this surface in the past and finished second here at this tag on May 4th.
4th pick: #6 (Madelineispickin) (15-1) - Un-raced since Feb. 18, filly is working steadily and above average for her return. Well backed in three of her four starts and daughter of "Henny Hughes" must be left in the mix.
5th pick: #8 (Citizen Jane) (30-1) - Rare Ohio-bred around here finished a pace pressing fourth last out in a small field (6). Improving, she's worked fast since, and could factor at a very big price.
