(# 4) SWEET RANSOM - All races on career resume are good, with speed figure improvement shown in each and every race. Bred top and bottom for turf success, she looks like future stakes material. First try against winners was a new figure top for her and she almost won despite experiencing trouble late. In shape, has a pair of maintenance works since her last run on May 4. Tackles older for the second straight time, but I don't think that should be a problem.

(# 1) Irish Ballerina - She has been freshened up since winning last at Gulfstream on March 11. Encouraging that she just missed winning off of a similar layoff last December. She's run better since breaking her maiden and has the rising figures to prove it. Owns the hedge and should not be too far off the pace.

(# 6) Datts Our Girl - Filly lost a length and a half decision to the top pick, when that filly broke her maiden. This filly broke hers next time out in impressive fashion. She is improving quickly for trainer Mark Hennig, and the post combined with her up-close stalking style will turn this into a two-furlong sprint to the finish.
