Premium Pick

Top pick: #8 (NOTESFROMABROAD) - She's one of three entered by trainer Linda Rice, but No. 1 "Talmadge Hill" ran fourth in Sunday's 10th race and isn't expected to run. This filly finished a pace-chasing fourth at Saratoga when facing males in an off-the-turf contest on Aug. 12 in her first start in five months. Trainer Linda Rice moves her back in with fillies and has her making back-to-back starts and she's the horse to beat.

2nd pick: #10 (White Sangria) - One of two fillies entered by trainer Tom Bush, and the pair race uncoupled. Nice effort last out at Saratoga saw here set a very fast pace and hold until the last 1/16th when she tired to finish third. Working well since and a major player.

3rd pick: #1a (Going Going Gone) - Also trained by Rice, she moves up in class after missing by a neck racing for $25K here at this distance just 11 days ago. Daughter of "Limehouse" draws a fine post for her style and is a threat with her best.

4th pick: #7 (Thetrainwasgone) - The second of the Bush pair, she has some speed and will be moving to the grass for the first time. Daughter of "Silver Train" is bred for the surface switch and can factor at a big price.
