Top pick: #3 (CELEBRATOR) (8-5) - Lightly raced colt cost $425K as a yearling back in 2011 and has been competitive in both starts since coming off a 10-month layoff in early Dec. He has a flexible style, is working nicely locally, and is in the Pletcher barn. Well spotted and the horse to beat.

2nd pick: #2 (King of Broadway) (3-1) - Colt is capable of a big effort, but comes off a poor race at Aqueduct on March 28. Home-bred had gone 8-1-3-3 racing on the dirt prior to that, and son of "Sky Mesa" is a threat with his "A" game.

3rd pick: #6 (Woelf Den) (8-1) - The field's lone 3yo, son of "Curlin" has a speed/stalking style and enters in shape. However, his best "figures" are a bit "light," but that's off-set a bit by his ability to race near the front in a contest where the pace may be on the pedestrian side.

4th pick: #7 (Beeliner) (8-1) - Longshot has some early speed and a nice outside post at this trip to use it from. He ran here on May 1 and tired to finish third after setting the pace in a $40K claimer. Moves up in class and will take them as far as he can.
