Baltimore at Pittsburgh

The Baltimore Orioles made a run despite going through a 20-game stretch of allowing five runs or more in a game. That has been the issue all season long for the Birds, as they have for the most part not been able to out hit their woeful pitching. The Orioles have been sputtering in September, with the realization that there would be no playoff run and are 4-14 in their last 18 games. The productive offense has been shut down, averaging just 3.17 runs in the 18 contests. Pittsburgh got a huge game from Andrew McCutcheon as he delivered his first career grand slam, driving in eight in a rout last night.
