Baltimore at Los Angeles

The Baltimore Orioles continue to lead the hotly contested AL East wher all five teams are still in contention, and the Birds have a four game cushion coming into this one. Baltimore has taken control of the previous red-hot Angels and their two wins in the first two games of this series, breaks the Angels' 10 series winning streak in their home park. The Angels have been pedestrian at home since recording 11 straight wins here, at just 3-4 in their last seven. Chris Tillman seems to always pitch well enough to keep the game competitive, and has a 6-4 record in 10 career starts vs. the Angels, backed by a 3.06 ERA. The Birds have a 14-8 record vs. the AL West who sports three teams that would make the playoffs if the season ended today. The Orioles are 20-6 behind Tillman in his last 26 starts as a road dog, and LA is just 1-7 in their last eight after dropping the first two games of a series. Back Baltimore.
