Jeremy Guthrie has had a hard luck season for sure as the O's haven't supported him and it has distorted him to a 5-14 mark, although his ERA is a respectable 4.18 on the season. The Royals are enjoying the best run of the season by Luke Hochovar as they have won his last six starts and in his last three he has yielded just seven earned runs. So we have a pair of arms squaring off here that have better numbers than what is indicated by the won/loss record and are pitching well now. Gutherie has led the O's to a 21-7 mark to the UNDER when pitching to a total of 9-10.5. The Royals, meanwhile, have cashed seven of their last eight after a loss to the UNDER. The call is on the UNDER in this one.
