Baltimore at Cleveland

Baltimore is on a 2-0 run UNDER the total allowing 22 and 13 points, and got a win over the Rams last week, 16-13. The offense will go ball-control after losing QB Joe Flacco as Matt Schaub steps in. They are also on a 3-1 run UNDER, plus 20-7 UNDER the total after allowing fewer than 90 yards rushing in their previous game. The Ravens are 4-0 ATS on Monday Night Football and are a dog to a Cleveland team that is 1-3 at home. The Browns are bad everywhere, on the field, on the sideline, and even in the owner's box. Cleveland's run defense is the worst in the NFL, allowing 138.8 yards per contest. This organization is a mess, giving QB Johnny Manziel the starting job for the rest of the season, then yanking it from him this week after more of his off-field antics surfaced. No one in the world was surprised by the conduct of Manziel, except the Browns. Cleveland's offense is equally inept as the defense at #27 in total yards and #28 in points (18.6 points per game). Yet, they are favored? Why? The Browns are on a 0-4 ATS run and 2-5 ATS at home against a team with a losing road record. The road team is 9-2-1 ATS when these division rivals meet, the dog is 3-0-1 ATS, and the Ravens are 5-1-1 at Cleveland. The UNDER is also 7-3 when they meet, including 7-3-2 UNDER on this field.
