WIN

The loser of this game stakes claim to the basement in the league's worst division. When Mike Singletary took over this 49ers team, it was his fiery and competitive personality that got into the heads of the players and they rose up and started to win. Much was expected this season, but that same fiery, and competitive personality that got him to where he is has now cost him his job. We saw Dallas become energized with a new leader on the sidelines, as well as Minnesota, now we have San Francisco taking on that role. It is probably even more important as players are playing for their jobs next season. The Niners are the more talented team playing at home with motivation. Without Kurt Warner, Arizona has seen their offense fall to the worst in the NFL, and have already lost two QBs to injury and the third, John Skelton, is averaging just 5.6 yards per attempt. Add to that the likelihood that Larry Fitzgerald will be on the sidelines with concussion-type symptoms, and what is bad, has gotten worse. The Cardinals sport no interest on the road vs. losing teams at 7-23 ATS in their last 30 and they aren't going to suddenly find motivation in week 17 at 5-10. They are 1-6 straight-up and 2-5 ATS on the road this season, getting beaten on average 28-13. Meanwhile, San Francisco is 10-2 ATS the past two seasons after an ATS loss. I like the Niners here.
