Arizona at San Diego

There hasn't been much to play for with either of these teams for quite some time as they have both been removed from playoff contention early on. The Padres had their first winning month of the season, compiling a 16-11 mark in August. Sometimes a bad team can elevate their level of play as they get inspired to beat a contending team, and falter when they have no reason to play at a high level.
