The LA Dodgers set a record for an MLB opener as they slugged eight home runs against the D-Backs. Zack Greinke was responsible for four of them. Those heroics will have a lot of bettors turning to the Dodgers tonight, but a team that hit five or more home runs in its previous game actually have a negative ROI in their next game. Robby Ray will take to the mound after seeing some struggles with an oblique injury diminish his effectiveness, so I see some value here. Dodgers' starter Ross Stripling made the All-Star game last year, but hitters seemed to catch up to him as his ERA ballooned to 6.41 in the second half. Play on Arizona.
