Arizona at Denver

New coaches often have a chip on their shoulder in preseason with plenty to prove for their new owner and faces. New Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak has looked like a man on a mission in August, with the team 3-0 SU/ATS, allowing 42 points. They opened preseason with back-to-back road games, even winning at Seattle 22-20, and now play their final two at home. Kubiak has a terrific backup QB in Brock Osweiler and Kubes is now 22-11-2 ATS in nine years as a head coach in NFL preseason. Arizona coach Bruce Arians officially declared that the Cardinals' starters were out for the preseason finale. Undrafted free agent Phillip Sims will start at quarterback and third-stringer Logan Thomas will replace him, likely to start the second half. Arizona plays its second straight road game and the coach is 2-5 SU/ATS his last seven preseason games. Back the Broncos.
