2nd pick: #8 (Dan the Man) (5-2) - Gelding rallied from close range to miss by a 1/2-length at this level and distance Feb. 16. Competitive in most of his starts against winners and is the biggest threat to 'Storm the Shore.'
3rd pick: #7 (Sir Maurice) (15-1) - Longshot has been racing evenly for a very long time. However, once past the top two selections, this field is very weak. 7yo may get a share of this at a big price.
4th pick: #1 (Smart Russian) (8-1) - Lightly raced 4yo raced evenly while finishing 4.5 lengths in back of 'Dan the Man' Feb. 16. However, it was his first in nine months, and he should move forward off of it.
