2nd pick: #11 (Tap City) (8-1) - Trainer Lind Rice is having an absolutely outstanding meet. She's won 27-of-109 (25%) and has 41 minor awards along with the wins. This colt showed nothing while wide facing tougher Feb. 17. Rice is winning at a 39% rate second time out and she drops this one down a bit in price.
3rd pick: #10 (Arctic Schiller) (7-2) - Colt set a pressured pace and held down the place spot Feb. 18. It represented a career best and he was in front of 'Cespedes' that afternoon. He should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #7 (Appealing Henry) (5-1) - Following a pair of competitive efforts at this level, speed/stalker regressed last out. He tired after contesting the pace and finished behind both 'Cespedes' and 'Arctic Schiller.' Can factor with is best.
5th pick: #2 (Martino) (20-1) - Home bred shortens up in distance following an even effort going a mile Feb. 25. He was showing some signs of improving prior to that and may grab a minor award at a big price.
