2nd pick: #2 (Storm the Shore) (6-1) - Price play was two lengths back of'Enduring Warrior' Jan 1. It was his first since coming east from the So. California circuit and first for owner/trainer Dave Jacobson. He did not break cleanly last out and is a strong factor today at a square price.
3rd pick: #7 (Spectrolite) (5-1) - Very lightly-raced 5-year-old set a pressured pace before tiring to check in third here at this tag and trip Jan 5. It was his first race since late June and the two horses that finished in front of him won there next starts.
