2nd pick: #1 (Is She Hot) (6-1) - She chased the pace and held down the place spot racing here at this level and distance Dec. 29. It was her first race in five months, and it ran her record on the inner surface to 8-1-2-2. Her rail draw is a plus, and veteran should factor again today.
3rd pick: #3 (Maddizaskar) (4-1) - Unraced since Nov. 11, she's dropping in class, while switching from turf to dirt. No speed type was competitive last March on the Tampa dirt and should be finishing fast.
4th pick: #7 (Sweets Galore) (15-1) - Longshot just turned eight, and old mare went 17-4-3-6 during 2016. Capable of getting a small share of this at a big price.
