Premium Pick

Top pick: #7 (H MAN) (4-1) - He dumped his rider at the break racing here just six days ago. Apparently uninjured, trainer Dave Cannizzo brings him back quickly and replaces apprentice Cruz with veteran Jeremy Rose. This colt was improving prior to his latest and he gets a slight edge.

2nd pick: #5 (No Texting) (6-1) - He's consistently shown fine early speed racing on the grass. Trainer Gary Contessa moves him to the dirt, drops him in class, removes his blinkers, and has Juan Ortiz back on the re-ride. Win candidate.

3rd pick: #2 (Pronunciation) (10-1) - Another that's going turf to dirt and is dropping into a claimer for the first time. He's been racing evenly on the grass and continues to train well on the dirt.

4th pick: #8 (G R's Giant) (5-1) - He enters off a career best when finishing second at this tag and trip Nov. 7. It was his first race in three months and first in a claimer. Dangerous from off the pace.
