Top pick: #1 (LOST IN SUCCESS) (5-2) - Speedy mare is making back-to-back starts for the first time since last spring. She set a pressured pace facing tougher at Laurel before weakening to finish fourth going a mile Feb. 28. She's worked fast since, drops in class, cuts back in distance, and breaks from the rail. Lots of things to like.

2nd pick: #7 (Subtle Honor) (7-2) - Lightly raced filly makes her NYRA debut after winning two of five in her home state of Florida. Freshened up since Nov. 11, leading trainer Dave Jacobson has her working nicely and drops her in class.

3rd pick: #5 (Bella the Bandit) (5-1) - Classier type hasn't raced since last June at Belmont when she tired in a $100K grass stakes facing fellow New York breds. Both career wins have come in dirt sprints and trainer Linda Rice drops this 4-year-old way down in class.

4th pick: #2 (Iknewuwereintrouble) (6-1) - Filly tired badly as a heavy favorite racing at this level and distance in her local debut Feb. 14. Claimed that afternoon by trainer Sydney Dutrow, he has a great record this year 13-6-4-2 and wins at a 31% rate first off of claims.
