Minnesota at Vancouver

Minnesota lost for the first time in five games this season, 5-2 to Nashville on Sunday. Kaapo Kahkonen took the loss in that game, but Cam Talbot, who is 4-0-0, is back in net tonight, and he owns a 2.68 goals-against average with a .904 save percentage. Vancouver has won two straight, but they were against Chicago and Seattle, two of the worst teams in the league right now. The Wild are 14-6 their past 20 games after allowing at least five goals their previous game and 12-5 after losing by at least three goals dating to last season. Minnesota has won five of the last seven meetings at Vancouver, and the road team has won four of five. The Wild has come from behind in all four of its victories, so they would prefer an early lead in this one. They have been winning even with Kirill Kaprizov off to a slow start as he hasn't scored.
