Top pick: #7 (TRIPENDICULAR) - Son of "Tiznow" ran a career best here March 29th. Racing on this surface at this level, he was involved from start to finish and came up a next short on the wire. Trainer Kelly Breen brings him back quickly and replaces Cuarotolo with Annie Napravnik.
2nd pick: #1 (Giant Indian) - He showed nothing when debuting here facing special weights March 17th. Colt cost the Repole Stable connections $230,000 and trainer Todd Pletcher drops him down to race for $30K this afternoon. Has the rail and Pletcher's main-rider (John Velazquez) is a loft.
3rd pick: #3 (Canwewin) - Races first off a John Parisella claim and he moves him up in price off a five week break. Colt showed some ability in his last pair at Gulfstream and can factor with his best.
4th pick: #4 (It's Truly Ahvee) - He raced wide and evenly here facing special weights March 14th in his first start since Sept. 2 0f 2010. Trainer Linda Rice (21% 2nd off of long layoffs) drops him into a claimer and replaces apprentice Ortiz with Dominguez.
