West Coast Results: Charles Town Race #2 Super-fecta box (4-2-7-3) $247.00.  Today's Picks: Top pick: #1 (WITHOUT REGARD) - Colt didn't show much when debuting, facing state-bred special weights in a sprint March 18th, but he has some changes today that are significant. Trainer Todd Pletcher wins at a 34% rate second-time out and he'll drop this $140,000 son of "Tale of the Cat" into a $25K claimer (a 37% winning angle). 3-year-old from the high profile Repole Stable will get Johnny V aboard and stretches out to a mile. Lots of things to like. 2nd pick: #3 (Stage Debut) - He "stumbled" at the start last out when favored and proceeded to race evenly once in stride. He's worked three times since and cuts-back to a one-turn (flat) mile for this attempt. 3rd pick: #4 (Ali's Winner) - Exits the same last race as "Stage" and he also had a "troubled" break. Gelding was rushed up a bit and tired while finishing almost 2 back of that rival. 4th pick: #6 (Cat Man Fu) - He missed by a neck two back for this tag going two-turns on the inner-surface, then showed nothing last out facing $35K "open" foes here at this trip. Can factor today as he drops back down.
