Texas A&M at LSU

The LSU Tigers were sailing along, and appeared to be destined to a playoff appearance. They have hit the wall and suddenly a 7-0 team has become a 7-3 team. The collapse is total in nature, as LSU has allowed 20+ points in each of their last seven games, and 30+ in each of their last three. Leonard Fournette appeared to be on his way to the Heisman Trophy running off huge chunks of real estate and 150 yards or more in every game in the 7-0 start, but defenses have keyed on him and the last three show him with a frustrating 230 total yards. That has stopped an already suspect LSU offense in its tracks and they have failed to reach 20 points in any of the three losses. A&M actually has the better record here at 8-3, and is also playing better. LSU just looks like a team that has quit, and I don't see any reason for that to change here. Play on Texas A&M.
