New Orleans at Utah

Utah's defense is back in gear, off a 102-91 win over the high-powered LA Clippers offense. Now the struggling New Orleans Pelicans are in town, playing the third contest of a three-game trip out West. It's also the second of a back-to-back spot, so it won't take much for Utah to stifle this New Orleans offense. Pelicans' superstar Anthony Davis hurt his knee last night and may not be available. Davis led the Pelicans with 17 points before he got hurt in the third quarter. The Pelicans scored just 90 points in the loss. New Orleans is on an 12-3-1 run UNDER the total on the road, plus 6-1 UNDER on no days of rest. Utah is third in the NBA in points allowed, playing their best defense at home. Utah is also on a 4-0 run UNDER the total, 9-4 UNDER against an opponent with a losing record and 15-5 UNDER at home against a team with a losing road record. This one stays UNDER the total.
