Navy at Texas State

Texas State is far under the radar, but they have a decent team put together by a legitimate coach in Dennis Franchione. Franchione will be well prepared against the Navy triple option. He has fced it five times in his coaching career with great success, posting a 4-1 ATS margin vs. the Military Academies who all employ it or a version of it. Franchione has also been the better coach as a dog, and owns a 19-6-1 ATS mark in his last 26 in that role vs. a team off a satisfying straight-up and against the spread win. Navy has had a tough schedule to open the season as they opened on a neutral field, and are now traveling for the second straight time since then.
