Cincinnati at Jacksonville

Cincinnati bounced back from an opening loss to Minnesota with an impressive 30-14 win at Detroit. The offense was efficient as Andy Dalton was seven-of-nine for 78 yards and AJ McCarron followed up with 10-of-15 for 95 yards and even Keith Wenning got in on the fun, completing four-of-five for 16 yards. Coach Marvin Lewis is 29-26 straight-up and 29-25-1 ATS in preseason and he has covered the spread the last two years in Week 3, including 21-10 as a 3 1/2 point favorite over Chicago in 2015. Jacksonville is 1-4 ATS in the third game the last five years and lost last year 22-17 at home to Detroit. Jaguars coach Gus Bradley has lost 10 of his 14 preseason games, including both this year. Blake Bortles was was 8-of-11 for 85 yards in the 27-21 loss to Tampa Bay on Saturday, and Chad Henne was 4-of-10 with two interceptions. The quarterback play got worse from there as Brandon Allen was 0-for-3 with an interception, and Max Wittek was one-of-eight for 20 yards and threw a pick. The Jaguars managed only 209 total net yards while allowing 377 to the Buccaneers. Cincinnati has the edge with Dalton and McCarron at QB. Grab the points on the Bengals.
