How to handle the stretch run in the NBA

When you are thinking about those NBA picks, it is important to understand that the stretch run in the NBA is different than the regular season. One thing that you will have to keep in mind is how teams respond to no longer having anything at stake. There are a couple different ways to approach the stretch run.
